And David set him over his bodyguard.

Ezekiel 25:16

16therefore thus says the Lord God, kBehold, I will stretch out my hand against the Philistines, and I will cut off lthe Cherethites and destroy the rest of the seacoast.

Zephaniah 2:5

5 Woe to myou inhabitants of the seacoast,
you nation of nthe Cherethites!
oThe word of the Lord is against you,
pO Canaan, land of the Philistines;
and I will destroy you quntil no inhabitant is left.
